Personal data we process

  • Contact form data: your name, email address and message. Optionally your company name and phone number. You do not have to use the form. You can also reach us by email or phone.
  • Technical log data: the Cloudflare infrastructure that hosts and delivers the site processes technical data such as your IP address, browser information and request time when you load a page. This is needed to keep the site secure and available.
  • Cookies and similar records: see the “Cookies” section below.

Purposes of processing

  • Reviewing and answering requests sent through the contact form.
  • Keeping the site secure and preventing misuse and spam.
  • Measuring visit statistics, only if you give cookie consent.
  • Your contact details are processed to answer your request on two legal grounds: KVKK Art. 5/2-c, to the extent directly related to establishing or performing a contract, and the consent you give for this purpose (Art. 5/1). The consent checkbox on the form records that consent.
  • Technical log data is processed under the controller’s legitimate interest in site security (Art. 5/2-f).
  • Analytics cookies rely only on your explicit consent.

How data is collected

Data is collected directly from you when you fill in the contact form, and automatically through your browser when you visit the site.

Transfers

  • Web3Forms: The contact form is delivered to us by email through the form service Web3Forms. Web3Forms servers may be located outside Türkiye.
  • Google Workspace (Google): Messages from the form are stored in our email service, Google Workspace. Google servers may be located outside Türkiye.
  • Cloudflare: The site is served through Cloudflare. Cloudflare servers may be located outside Türkiye.
  • Transfers abroad: Because of these services, your data may be transferred abroad. Such transfers are made in line with Article 9 of the KVKK.
  • Your data is not otherwise shared with third parties. It may be disclosed to competent authorities where required by law.

Retention

Data you send through the contact form is kept for 2 years after your request is concluded. It is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. The retention period of technical log data is set by Cloudflare.

Cookies

  • Strictly necessary records: limited to what the site needs to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4): Not active at the moment. If enabled, it loads only after you consent. If you do not consent, no connection to Google is made. Your choice is kept in your browser’s local storage. You can change it at any time with the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page.
  • Google Maps: The map on the contact page loads only when you click “Show map”. Google may then use its own cookies. No connection to Google is made before you click.

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you can apply to the data controller to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed.
  • Request information if it has been processed.
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose.
  • Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred.
  • Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate.
  • Request deletion or destruction under the conditions set out in the KVKK.
  • Request that corrections, deletions and destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred.
